How do I book a workshop with CarBeep?
Download the CarBeep app, add your car, choose up to five services and pick a suitable workshop. Send your booking request and you will be notified once the workshop confirms.
Can I renew my car insurance on the website?
Insurance renewal happens in the CarBeep app, where you can compare quotes, choose add-ons, pay securely and keep track of your policies.
Who can apply for the government servant instalment?
Eligible government servants can apply for repairs at participating workshops. Book a Government Servant Inspection in the app, receive your quotation, then apply and choose a repayment period. Approval is subject to eligibility checks.
How does CarBeep Balance work?
When you pay an invoice at a CarBeep partner workshop, 1.5% of the amount comes back to you as CarBeep Balance. You can use it to reduce what you pay at any partner workshop or partner car wash. Limits apply per payment.
What is the difference between CarBeep Balance and Beep Coins?
CarBeep Balance is value you can use to pay less at partner workshops and car washes. Beep Coins are earned from activities in the app and can be converted into vouchers.
