Delete Account

Account deletion should stay understandable.

This page is the public fallback for users and app reviewers who need to know how CarBeep handles account deletion before a full self-serve web flow exists.

Current Process

Delete your account inside the mobile app when that option is available.
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@carbeep.com.my or support@carbeep.com.my with your registered phone number or account email.
CarBeep may ask for verification before processing the request.
Some records may be retained where required for audit, payments, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Public fallback

Deletion guidance belongs on the public site even before a full web flow exists.

This keeps store reviewers and real users from hitting a dead end when they need to understand how CarBeep handles deletion.
