Current Process
- In the CarBeep Customer app or CarBeep Buddy app, sign in and open Profile or Settings, then choose Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt in the app. Your account session will be ended after the deletion request is processed.
- If you cannot access the app, email privacy@carbeep.com.my or support@carbeep.com.my with your registered phone number or account email.
- CarBeep may ask for verification before processing the request.
- Some records may be retained where required for audit, payments, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
- In CarBeep Buddy, Delete Personal Account removes personal sign-in access and personal profile data. It does not close, transfer, or delete a workshop business profile; contact support for workshop closure or ownership transfer.
